Care Ministry: Mending the Soul

(For women who have experienced any kind of abuse)

The Care Ministry exists to facilitate the physical, spiritual and emotional health and well-being of individuals in our community. Mending the Soul (MTS) is one of the ways in which we support and encourage others. This 12-week course is for women who have been victims of any kind of abuse. The goal of the course, facilitated by trained, certified leaders, is to help achieve healing and forgiveness in relationships in order to restore the broken and rebuild the community. MTS resources are psychologically informed, culturally relevant, and theologically precise - integrating scientific and social science research with the biblical and theological truth.

“Through Mending the Soul, I felt a physical release and shift as I worked through each chapter. It was powerful to experience - this kind of freedom.”

“Mending the Soul helped me move through the darkness of abuse with a loving and supportive community.”

The next course begins on Monday, September 23. A $35 fee covers materials and snack. Click here to register.

If you have not already attended one, there is a mandatory Information Night on Monday, September 16, at 5:30pm.
