Anti-Human Trafficking: Suburban Vision Trip

Networks of organizations, community groups, churches, and non-profits working together form the foundation of combating human trafficking.  As we hear in the media regularly, the suburbs are not immune to the sex trafficking problem.  Come meet some of the great organizations that are making a difference in the lives of those who have been exploited.  This one-day vision trip will explore the work of Ink180, Half the Sky, New Name, and Reclaim13.  

Free van transportation will be provided, but we ask that each participant bring money for the purchase of food and beverages at Half the Sky, or bring your own sack lunch.  Minors 13 and up may participant with a parent or guardian.

Schedule for the day:

8 a.m.    Check-in (F Entrance Corridor)

8:30 a.m.    Depart

3:30 p.m.    Return to Willow Creek South Barrington

Meet in the F Entrance Corridor for check-in


Check-in will be immediately inside the F entrance, 67 E. Algonquin Rd., South Barrington, IL.  Coffee, dessert, and light lunch items will be available for purchase at Half the Sky in Wheaton.  We recommend $15/person. You may also opt to bring your own snack, lunch, and beverages.  Food will not be provided.
