Elevate Summer Pool Party 2018

Elevate is going to cool off with a Pool Party!

Registration closes today at 4pm.  If you missed registration, don't worry!

• You can still print off a release form and bring it with you, ElevateSummerPoolPartyReleaseMinor.pdf.
• Or, you can simply show up and we'll have copies of the waiver that parents can sign.

Where: Seascape Family Aquatic Center, 1300 Moon Lake Blvd, Hoffman Estates 

When: Tuesday, July 17 from 8-10pm

Cost: All Jr. High students can get in for free!

Bring: Modest swimsuit, towel, money for snacks, and your FRIENDS!  If you registered online, you do not need to bring a waiver with you!
