The Relationship Lab @ Willow Chicago

Life is so much about our relationships, right?  How we attach to others and express our connection can play a significant role in our life and calling.  So…what’s our role in creating this?  Are there actual steps and insights that can help us create relationships that are strong and satisfying?

In this workshop for anyone wanting to strengthen their friendships, we will look closely at both how we attach to others and what steps are necessary to build upon that attachment foundation.  We’ll explore our early family and childhood patterns and look at the common “intruders” that hijack a relationship towards disconnection.  Using a combination of recent research along with Scriptural principles we will all learn together tools to help us grow and expand in this important area of our life.

Eric and Rachel Connor take a “students first” approach to their relationship and enjoy sharing their experience and hope with other individuals and couples.  Eric Connor LCPC, CSAT is a clinical therapist and owner of Recover Restore Counseling with offices in Palatine and Chicago.  His wife Rachel is a recovery coach and currently pursuing her own degree as a professional counselor.
